Church Design & Building Services (CDBS) is a Black owned firm located in Dover, Delaware. CDBS specializes in the design and construction of churches in the Delaware and Maryland area. CDBS is also a general contractor focusing primarily on commercial construction.
After meeting the senior project management team for EDiS Company, through the Delmarva Black Chamber of Commerce, CDBS was able to develop a business relationship that resulted in a contract to provide construction services for the new $140 million Dover High School.
